- BMW M3 front design features large kidney grille inspired from Concept 4
- The model is expected to debut next year
The G80 based M3 has been allegedly spied at the production line ahead of its debut that could take place next year. Two spy images reveal the front and rear profile of the latest iteration of the performance-oriented 3 Series.
As seen in the spy image, the rear of the BMW M3 features a large diffuser with quad exhaust pipes, black insert for the bumper, blacked-out lip spoiler and blacked out upper tail light elements. A peek at the side profile also reveals the bulging fenders and black alloy wheels.
Another spy image of the fascia reveals that the G80 M3 from BMW will feature the large kidney grille that was showcased on the Concept 4. The large kidney grille made its debut on the new-generation 7 Series and X7.
The new-gen BMW M3 is expected to source power from a 3.0-litre, twin-turbo six-cylinder unit and could be available in two states of tune. While the ‘base’ variant could produce 473bhp, the Competition variant could have a power output of 503bhp.
