- Fresh cosmetic and feature updates
- Mechanically, to be available in existing petrol and diesel engine options
- Likely to be launched in India in 2021 post its international debut in 2020
The 2020 Mini Countryman has been spied testing once again ahead of its official debut next year. Based on what can be seen, the new model is expected to get considerable updates to the front and the rear section while the sides have retained the current form.
The new Countryman might get a new grille which is complimented by proportionate oval headlamps with squared matrix-beam LED lamps. At the time of launch, customers will have an array of alloy wheel options to choose from, while the rear section is expected to get new LED taillights with graphics inspired by the Union Jack. The interior will likely feature an updated infotainment system along with new trim inserts for freshness.
Mechanically, the new Mini Countryman will probably be powered by the same 2.0-litre petrol and diesel engine options. Both the engines will come mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission. More details about the 2020 Mini Countryman will be known in the days to come.
