- MY24 GLC gets feature additions
- Launched alongside the MY24 C Class
Mercedes-Benz has introduced MY24 iterations of the GLC and the C Class in India, with prices starting at Rs. 75.90 lakh and Rs. 61.85 lakh (all prices, ex-showroom), respectively. Both cars get feature enhancements, while the C Class also gets a new powertrain option.
The updated Mercedes GLC now gets ventilated front seats as standard. These seats, which offer cooling and heating functions, can be set at three levels and controlled via the buttons on the door panel. Additionally, the GLC gets side airbags for the second row. The latter can protect the chest area of the passenger on the outer rear seats in the event of severe side impact. To achieve this, airbags deploy between the door and the vehicle occupant.
Under the hood, the 2024 Mercedes-Benz GLC continues to be offered with 2.0-litre turbo-petrol and diesel engines paired with a nine-speed automatic transmission. Offered in two variants, the GLC 300 is priced at Rs. 75.90 lakh, while the GLC 220d comes with a price tag of Rs. 76.90 lakh (all prices, ex-showroom).
