Kia India recently launched the Gravity Editions of its Sonet, Seltos, and Carens models. This is to commemorate the completion of five years of the carmaker's operations in the country. Let's look at all the new cosmetic changes and features that all three models are now equipped with.
Kia Sonet Gravity Edition
Starting with the smallest — the Sonet, its new Gravity Edition is offered in three trims which includes the 1.2-litre petrol (5MT), 1.0-litre petrol (6iMT), and 1.5-litre diesel (6MT). It is positioned above the HTK+ trim and is available in Matte Graphite, Aurora Black Pearl, and Pearl White paint options. The cosmetic changes comprise a spoiler, Gravity emblem, 16-inch alloy wheels, and white brake calipers. Its interior sports a leather gear-knob, Indigo Pera Seats with Navy Stitching, and a wireless phone charger. The other features include a dash cam, front door armrest, rear adjustable headrests, 60:40 split seats, and a rear centre armrest with cup holders.
Kia Seltos Gravity Edition
On the other hand, the 2024 Seltos Gravity Edition is offered in 1.5-litre petrol manual, 1.5-litre petrol iVT, and the 1.5-litre diesel (6MT) variants. It is slotted above the HTX variant and provides additional features over the existing equipment. This includes a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster, ventilated front seats, dash cam, electronic parking brake with auto-hold, and a Bose speaker system. The Seltos' Gravity trim also gets an exclusive Gravity emblem, 17-inch machined wheels, body-coloured door handles, and a glossy black rear spoiler. The SUV is offered in three shades — Dark Gun Metal (Matte), Glacial White Pearl, and Aurora Black Pearl.
Kia Carens Gravity Edition
Lastly, the Gravity Edition of the MPV is being offered with the 1.5-litre TGDi, 1.5-litre petrol, and 1.5-litre diesel engine. It is positioned above the Premium (O) variant and gets the Gravity emblem like the other cars. The other additional equipment includes a dash cam, D-cut leather steering wheel, leatherette door centre trims and armrests, leatherette seat upholstery, LED map and room lamps, and a sunroof.
