The iconic Nissan 370Z shows no signs of retiring yet as the company unveiled the 50th-anniversary edition of the Japanese sports car at the ongoing 2019 New York Auto Show. Celebrating 50 years of the Nissan ‘Z’ performance range, the Nissan 370Z Anniversary Edition is available in white with red accents or silver with black accents. The unique livery pays homage to the Brock Racing Enterprises livery that adorned BRE Datsun racers of the late 1960s and early 1970s. To distinguish it from the regular version, the vehicle gets anniversary badging on the front and rear along with 19-inch alloy wheels.
The 2020 Nissan 370Z 50th Anniversary Edition is offered exclusively on the 370Z Coupe Sport grade. The 50th Anniversary Edition package costs $2,600 more than the regular six-speed manual Sport model which priced at $33,820, thereby, making a total of $36,420. The seven-speed automatic transmission variant is available at a price of $37,670. The vehicle gets LED daytime running lights and boomerang-style taillights and aluminum hood, doors and hatch.
As for the interior, the Nissan 370Z gets high-grade leather and synthetic suede sport seats with red accents and logos. Additionally, the vehicle gets 50th-anniversary embossing on the seatback, tachometer and console, and dark silver anniversary kickplates. The feature list does not end here, the special edition model also offers Alcantara wrapped steering wheel with top red stripe, synthetic suede door panel inserts with red stitching, red contrast stitching and piping throughout the interior and four-way power heated seats.
