The 2019 Tata Tiago JTP and Tigor JTP were recently launched in India, with prices starting at Rs 6.69 lakhs and Rs 7.59 lakhs respectively. The updated models received feature additions to the interior and exterior. Here is an image gallery detailing the new feature updates:
The updated Tata Tiago JTP and Tigor JTP now come equipped with contrast coloured auto-folding outside rearview mirrors.
The Tigor JTP receives a shark fin antenna while the Tiago JTP continues to be offered with the conventional unit.
Both the Tiago JTP and the Tigor JTP now have the automatic climate control feature.
The JTP twins also benefit from a new 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. These features put it at par with the standard variants of the Tiago and Tigor.
Safety features on the Tata Tigor JTP and Tiago JTP include dual front airbags, high-speed alert system and seat belt warning system.
Engine specifications remain unchanged and hence the Tata Tiago JTP and Tigor JTP continue to be powered by a 1.2-litre, three-cylinder, turbocharged petrol engine that produces 114bhp and 150 Nm of torque. This engine is paired to a five-speed manual transmission. The models are sold through select Tata Motors dealerships.
