- Updated car was unveiled last year
- Gets new face and tail lamps
- Updated infotainment system
A facelifted version of the Isuzu MU-X was spotted doing the rounds in India. This is a mid-life update for the same car that is currently sold in India and was launched at around the same time that the pre-facelift model was brought to India.
The update sees the car get a new grille, Bi-LED headlamps, new design for the alloy wheels and a new design for the tail lamps. Inside, the cabin is more or less the same with a similar features list but a larger and updated touchscreen system.
Mechanically, the MU-X will continue with the 3.0-litre four-cylinder diesel that produces 174bhp/380Nm. There’s a six-speed AT and optional AWD on offer at present in India and this is expected to continue with the facelift.
There’s expected to be no price change to the MU-X and as is the case with the current car, it will rival against the likes of the Toyota Fortuner and the Ford Endeavour in the D+ segment SUV category.
