Tata Motors recently added a new top-of-the-line variant of the Tiago, packed with more features than the XZ trim. Let's take a look at the top six features that make it an even more desirable option for prospective buyers.
1. Dual tone exterior option
Apart from the two new canyon orange and ocean blue colours, the hatchback gets a body side moulding, spoiler and a chrome accent on the tailgate. However, the most striking cosmetic update is the glossy black roof that adds appeal to its appearance and gives the car a dual tone look.
2. Bigger alloys
The XZ trims of the Tiago are equipped with 14-inch silver coloured alloy wheels. Now, the petrol versions will ride on 15-inch dual tone alloys, while the diesel XZ+ trims continue to get the older wheels.
3. New headlamps
Like the new Tigor, the top-spec Tiago also gets projector headlamps with a smoked black bezel.
4. Powered mirrors
The OVRMS on the Tiago were electrically adjustable. But, now these get an added feature of electrical folding with a welcome function.
5. Automatic climate control
The absence of automatic climate control in the Tiago was one glaring deficiency that many owners felt. However, Tata Motors has now addressed this by equipping the XZ+ variant with a new console itself.
6. Touch screen display
This fully loaded XZ+ trim also comes with a new seven-inch touchscreen infotainment system, which supports Android Auto, Voice Command Access and even incoming SMS notifications. However, Apple CarPlay is not on offer as yet, and could be added later.
