Maruti Suzuki has time and again introduced special editions of various models from its portfolio. The Ertiga MPV is also one such vehicle that has been introduced with limited editions earlier. This is to provide some extra benefits to prospective buyers and in a way boost the sales of the model. Take a look at this picture gallery of the latest iteration of the Ertiga limited edition introduced recently.
The special edition can be had in the exquisite maroon colour as seen in the pictures. There is also the option of silky silver and superior white exterior colour options with this limited edition.
Pictures suggest that the special edition is based on the VDi/Vxi trim of the MPV. There is a limited edition badge on the tail gate to signify the exclusivity.
Standard VDi/Vxi models of the Ertiga get wheel covers. Meanwhile, the carmaker is offering alloy wheels on this limited edition even if it's based on the same trim.
The chrome elements including the ones above the fog lamp inserts and side mouldings are an optional extra. These can be availed from any dealer if needed.
The cabin is equipped with wooden trims for the centre console, dashboard and the door pads. Other features from the equivalent VDi/Vxi variant will be carried over.
For the interior to look plusher, the carmaker has provided tan seat faux leather covers. These are paired with a similar colour steering wheel cover to go with the theme inside.
There are no mechanical changes to the MPV and the limited edition can be had in both petrol and diesel options with the current specifications.
