Isuzu recently launched the D-Max V-Cross facelift for the Indian market. This pick-up truck is now available in two variants - High and Standard, priced at Rs 15.81 lakhs and Rs 14.31 lakhs (ex-showroom, Delhi) respectively. Though there are not many changes that we can highlight, take a look at the 2018 Isuzu D-max V-Cross. This picture gallery will take you through the few changes.
Proportions of the V-Cross are the same as the outgoing model. It continues to measure 5,295mm in length, 1,860mm in width and 1,840mm in height, while the wheelbase measures 3,095mm.
The latest iteration carries over the same chrome grille and projector headlamps from its predecessor. The front bumper gets new chrome accent in place of the old circular fog lamps.Â
Now, Isuzu is offering side steps as standard on both variants. However, it is the high variant that sports LED DRLs, LED tail lamps and a chrome rear bumper. This adds some bling to its appearance.
Minor changes in the cabin include a 2-DIN audio system and a rear view camera as standard. The top-end version gets a six-way power adjustable driver seat and black leather seats.
Power comes from the same 2.5-litre, four-cylinder, turbocharged diesel mill from the outgoing car. This engine churns out 134bhp and 320Nm of torque.
While the engine comes mated to a five-speed manual transmission, power is sent to all the wheels through a four-wheel drive system. This, paired with a high ground clearance, boosts its off-road capabilities.
ABS with EBD and brake assist, dual airbags and ISOFIX anchor points are standard. Furthermore, the High trim gets automatic cruise control, electronic stability control (ESC) and traction control.
Isuzu V-Cross buyers can opt from a choice of six colour options - orchid brown, ruby red, cosmic black, splash white, obsidian grey and titanium silver.
