What you see here is the 2018 model year Ford Mustang GT. The vehicle was spotted testing for the first time with the active quad exhausts.
The 2018 Mustang range will feature minor design changes, following the launch of the current-gen model in 2015. Besides tweaked exteriors, the Mustang will get a number of special editions and trim packages such as the Mach 1.
While the exterior will be more or less the same, significant changes are expected under the skin, with a new 10-speed automatic finding its way into the Mustang. Ford could even improve power and economy throughout the engine range.
The 2018 Mustang range is expected to go on sale early next year in the US, followed by other markets including Europe where the current-gen Mustang is on offer in right-hand drive configuration.
