2017 Maruti Suzuki Dzire Live Launch

The most awaited car of 2017, Maruti Suzuki Dzire, will be launched today. Bookings for this compact sedan began from May 1st and the cars have already made their way to the dealerships. Based on the new platform, the Dzire is lighter and also stronger than its predecessor. As a result, the performance and fuel efficiency are expected to be better than its predecessor. The new Dzire is powered by a 1.2-litre K series petrol engine and the proven 1.3-litre DDis diesel motor. Both the engines are mated to a five-speed manual transmission. In fact, the new Dzire will also get five-speed AMT options for both the petrol and diesel engines. 

We’re quite excited to see what Maruti Suzuki has to offer the Indian market with the Dzire. The company has been tight lipped about the prices but it should be out in the next few hours. Watch the live launch of the new Dzire right here.
