The 2016 BMW 7 Series has been launched in the Chinese market in the price range of 1.18 million Yuan (Rs 1.21 crore) to 1.98 million Yuan (Rs 2.03 crore). The range comprises four models across eight variants and is available for sale in BMW showrooms.
The 2016 BMW 7 Series was given a web preview earlier this year and then officially unveiled at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show. It gets an evolutionary design internally and externally but looks fresh enough thanks to a host of new elements as well technologies. The car is available with a host of customisation options which are country-specific considering the various preferences of buyers in each country.
The Chinese market gets the 7 Series in the 740Li and 750Li models. These can be had either as RWD or in AWD format including BMW’s X drive nomenclature and is only available in the 750 Li model. Further, each of these models can be had as vantage, luxury and top variants.
Missing from the list is the BMW 760Li. We believe that they will unveil the car at a later date and position it as a rival to the Maybach brand from Mercedes-Benz.
