The 2016 Audi R8 has been spotted in the metal at a petrol station at the city of Angelholm in Sweden. Dubbed the second generation R8, it made its debut at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show and sports an evolutionary design.
This R8 is in a shade of shiny black and looks to have a far sharper appearance than the outgoing car.
The 4.2-litre V8 has been shelved in favour of the 5.2-litre V10 mill which pumps out various outputs depending on which model of the R8 it has been fitted into. Transmission options have now been limited to a seven-speed DCT.
