The Mercedes-Benz C-Class is out in its latest iteration. The W205 generation model, as it is internally badged, marks a significant jump over the previous generation model (W204) in every aspect including design, quality and technology.
Mercedes has done well with the new C-Class as the car properly echoes the brand’s flagship offering – the S-Class, especially in the design department. Now that the car is out, Mercedes is busy readying new body-styles for the same, as can be seen in these spy shots.
Caught on test, here is the estate version that, from the looks of it, will share the same front-end design as the standard C-Class. The rear-end, however, will be completely redesigned with a more upright window line and horizontally shaped tail lights.
Like the standard model, the C-Class estate will also come with four, six and eight cylinder engine options. Expect Mercedes to put this new model on sale globally by end of this year.
