The 2015 BMW X1, has been officially revealed ahead of its Detroit Motor Show unveiling in January 2014. It gets new exterior accents, some changes to the interior and equipment. The changes include a set of new air intake vents in the front apron, all-new 17-inch alloy wheel s, and daytime running lights. BMW has added Sparkling Brown metallic paint to the colour chart.
Interiors get many updates in the xLine, Sport Line and M Sport package. BMW has also tweaked the interior trim offering new trim accents in gloss black, matte Coral, Red or pearl-gloss Chrome and will be available depending on customer preference.
X1 buyers will get a wide range of features. Among the many, there is an ECO PRO Analyser which monitors the efficiency of the driver. The ECO PRO Analyser would be a hit with Indian buyers as all services will be compatible with the iPhone and Android devices and so should cover a wide range of users.
The X1 will be powered by the same drivetrain options as before. India received the last X1 in February 2013, so we could expect the updated X1 sometime by mid-2014, but BMW India has not announced anything as yet.
