Lamborghini Gallardo’s successor, the Cabrera, is expected to be unveiled next year. According to a Lamborghini representative a press release will be released before this Christmas giving out some information of the car.
The Lamborghini Cabrera is speculated to be the follower of the Gallardo. With design cues from the Aventador, this new model is expected to have a lower height and a wider body. It will be lighter than the Gallardo. The rear of the car will have slimmer tail-lamps and will be a lot smoother.
The new Cabrera is believed to be powered by a 5.2-litre V10 engine delivering a power output of 600 bhp. This naturally aspirated engine will be placed at the mid-rear section of the car. Since Lamborghini has stop producing models with manual transmission, this one will get seven-speed automatic transmission with exclusive paddle shifters.
The Lamborghini Gallardo was recently taken off the production line. The successor Cabrera, has been spied testing several times before, is one of the most anticipated cars to be unveiled in 2014. We will provide you with more details of the car as soon as the company releases more information.
