The 2014 Auto Expo is less than a month and a half away and everyday there have been new developments with what we will see and who to expect at the show. Today, however, ET has managed to get its hands on the multiple levels of security arrangements that will be in place during the course of the show which will begin on the 7th of February at the India Expo Mart in Greater Noida.
The biennial motor show will be given three layers of security and will be assisted by CCTV cameras, metal detectors and baggage scanners. Sugato Sen, SIAM deputy director, has said that In terms of getting people to the venue, they plan to operate a free bus service from Noida City Centre, Akshardham and Jasola metro stations. They will also operate a free bus service from Pragati Maidan where the components show is being held to the India Expo mart.
