KTM will be introducing some road sensibilities in their track-day specialist, X-Bow. The new version from the Austrian manufacturer called the X-Bow GT that can be used on the streets will debut tomorrow at the Geneva Motor Show.
The X-Bow GT features a wraparound heated windscreen with wipers and manually removable soft-top. It also gets side windows to somewhat reduce the discomforts; of course, the X-Bow will continue to use the tubular carbonfibre cage, so ingress and egress is still not going to be easy.
It will still be powered by 2.0 litre four-cylinder turbocharged engine developing 280bhp of peak power and 420Nm of torque. The GT version is also expected to touch 100 kph in less than four seconds with the top speed of close to 225kmph.
KTM will disclose the pricing and the specifications on March 5 during the launch. Stay tuned to Carwale for more details live from the Geneva Motor Show.
