Hindustan Motors has launched the 2012 Mitsubishi Cedia Select at Rs 8.9 lakh with a host of new features, to make this 2.0-litre petrol sedan more attractive. The refreshed version of the Cedia is still powered by the same 2.0-litre petrol engine producing 115bhp and 175Nm. There are not many changes to the exteriors either; however, there are more than few tech-savvy upgrades inside.
The new Cedia features a seven-inch MapMyIndia 3G Android, which will enable users to make calls, watch television, surf internet and video chat from both front and rear-seats, along with offering the basic navigational support. The tablet can be mounted either on windscreen or back of the headrest of the front row, with accessible 12 volt socket to keep it running.
The Cedia will continue to provide basic safety features like front airbags, day and night rear view mirrors and child-protection rear seat. The car comes with 4-speaker Kenwood DVD player with 6.1 touchscreen interface and reverse parking camera as standard.
The 2012 Mitsubishi Cedia Select will be offered in three colour options – White Speed, Black Flash and Rally Red.
