I purchased this car few months ago from the moment I purchased this car I faced a lot of struggles. The AC is not working properly. The battery performance is very low. I faced a breakdown two times. I could not able to unplug the charger. And so many issues. I never expected this kind of service and quality from Tata. As an initiative being Indian, I wanted to buy Indian products. Tata totally failed in their. Pls don't buy from them. I totally disappointed

I have driven approx. 1 lakh 10 thousand km , including so many long drive like 450 km in a day, my mother have knee replacement but she recommend Ciaz for comfort and you should know in this price no one can beat ciaz in look , comfort, image in society.

Servicing and maintenance are not costly. Excellent car at an affordable price. Value is too good. Compared to other vehicles swift version is very suitable for pocket and the present market . Very suitable for middle-class families.
