Final Words The company patel motors does not give required service even if the problem is genuine in the vehicle. My estilo was purchased in the month of sept 2010 after which i sent it to the company for burning smell complaint while driving but they did not take my problem seriously now one day my car got stuck on road and I came to know from nearby mechanic that clutch has burned (PS it has not flattened but BURNT, I am calling company to come and see this car as the car has nor run for even 5000kms but they are saying first PAY (mr harmeet singh of patel motors)we can not help and the car is in static position since last 13 days.
WHAT A DEALER FOR A COMPANY LIKE MARUTI WHICH CLAIMS OF BEING CUSTOMER FRIENDLY?
IS THERE NO CRITERIA TOO CHOOSE DEALERS WHO CARE TO SEE THAT CLAIMS MADE BY COMPANY ARE IMPORTANT OR THEY GO BY SALE FIGURES
