1. Buying experience: It was amazing, Nexa makes you feel special and they care about your hospitality and interest. They help with your all queries and never get irritated by your questions. My buying experience was awesome. I had previously booked Ertiga, I booked XL6 Zeta CNG and cancelled the Ertiga booking. The dealership did not charge cancellation fee and refunded me the whole amount. At Nexa also, at first I had booked XL6 Zeta petrol but after one week I changed my mind and decided to go for CNG variant. Here also I cancelled my previous booking and booked for CNG variant. It was 10 to 12 weeks waiting period for CNG variant but I got early in 4th or 5th week of my booking. My buying experience was great and I have nothing to complain about it. 2. Driving experience: I got my car delivered on the 20th of March till today, I have driven around 1500km. My driving experience is good. I like dignified and elegant driving. I don't like panic or rush driving. For me ride quality is good. You won't get sick if you are willing to do it. It is a family car a MUV so ride quality is good according to vehicle type. 3. Looks and performance: Look wise this car is really picturesque and elegant. It appears to be muscular. Performance is decent. If you are a patient driver, it will satisfy you. Acceleration is better in a lower gear. Facelift 2023 version is much better than the previous one. 4. Servicing and maintenance: As we know Maruti Suzuki service centres are almost in every city or town. I think Suzuki has the most number of service centres in India. Their service quality and customer satisfaction are also better compared to other companies in the segment. Their maintenance and service are recommendable. I would suggest not going for accessories outside Nexa. You won't need anything extra. 5. Pros and Cons : Pros: Good value for money and performance. Elegant and muscular look. Very handy and practical car for the family. The CNG variant is the best thing. Go for XL6 Zeta CNG. Build quality is better than the previous 2022 model. Cons: If the family is small, go for Grand Vitara. If you want to punch and thrill in driving, this is not for you.

This car XL6 is one of the best MUV / SUV in the Indian market. As a person coming from upper middle class, it is very affordable, in 13-14 lakhs on road we get a fully loaded 6 seater car. The dashboard is very attractive with led display in the speedometer section as well. The middle row has captain seats with huge leg room. The third row is also spacious, if there are kids or not so fat people then even three people can be adjusted in the third row for short trips / distances. After these three rows there is boot space as well where two big suitcases and two small bags can easily be fitted. The car is loaded with features and is affordable for an upper middle class family. We love the car.

Better for long drive with family ,low maintenance cost ,good mileage ,front ventilator sit is superb ,other look is fabulous with chrome finishing ,value for money with my experience.

1. Buying Experience was excellent thanks to Prashant Bagul, from Mycar(Pune) Nexa showroom, Vashi, Satra Plaza, I got a test drive at home and delivery within a week. 2. Riding experience- It's a car for sedate drivers and family people who drive safely and leisurely, the ride quality is good and the cabin is very quiet with few noises like engine/AC on/off, honking etc. Suspensions are good for a comfortable ride. 3. Looks is the first thing anyone would notice in this car as it has its own style, interiors are good, ventilated front seats are a bliss in Mumbai summer, AC is adequate but not very powerful. The engine is quite one with smart hybrid tech making it stop/start when at signal is saving very small amount of fuel, but at least you are not polluting at signal compared to other ICE cars. One should not take the risk of overtaking on uphill as there is not enough power to do so also if you have all 6 seats full and some luggage then keep it simple, don't risk it. 4. Servicing and maintenance is lower for Maruti Suzuki cars and for this car, I can't say my car is still less than a month. 5. Pros. Best value for money and no other brand offers the same at this price. B.Looks Styling, comfort and cabin quietness are appreciated. Cons: I feel the engine is adequately powered but not for racers or fast pacers.

The car is good satisfied with its first-class comfort but the irritating seat belt warning in which you have to lug every seat even without a passenger that is too much irritating rest all things are good mileage I am getting 16 -18 km/l ok not bad in MUV.

No vibration and no jolting for back seaters ( good to sleep ) 7. Visible night lights 8. Driving 700kms in one day - no feeling of tiredness.. 9. External sounds very well arrested inside 10. Good A/ C 11. Value for the money Cons 1. Sudden pickup low

Performance is good but pickup and mileage are not to the mark. The seat belt sign is beeping while no one occupies the seat. it needs to be improved. More advanced functions like tyre pressure alarm are to be added.
