I have been driving the Vitara Brezza ZXi+ 2021 model since Jan 2021. I will endeavor to give both the positive and negative features of the car for potential buyers, Pros: The looks, interiors, features, safety, the central rear view mirrors, info panel, reverse camera, different alerts are all reasonably good and satisfactory. Mileage is about a non too good 12 kmph on city roads and may be about 15 on highways. The car gives a sense of safety while driving. Cons: However there are a few serious issue which need to be addressed by Maruti. One is the driver side visibility obstruction due to the A pillar and placement of the big RHS mirror. The most important flaw is the very average suspension which makes the drive very bumpy, rocky, unpleasant and very bad for our backs. It is good only for smooth good city roads and highways. My 12 year old Hyundai Accent with an understandably weak suspension was really giving a more comfortable drive experience. Maruti should seriously look into this suspension issue to bring the vehicle suspension design on par with its competitors. Also, the interior is not well sealed off to cut off the engine and outside noise and the "powerful" engine struggles to reach 120 km/h on our expressways.

Price is too high. You will get a better option in this price range. There are minimum changes in features. This price is not justifying. Comparing to this with diesel variant was much better than in term of price and mileage. Overall this launch is not meeting the expectations of consumers. Big Flop Maruti Brezza.

The interior plastic quality is bad for the price range and being a high end vehicle .The rear bumper plastic you can press with your fingers even. The grill could be better. The Toyota Urban Cruiser which is the same vehicle looks far better with a different grill. Most of the looks of the Vitara Brezza on the roads come from its accessories that you have to purchase extra.Tata Nexon looks better and is loaded with features at the same cost.

I had gone for the Demo/Test Drive at my nearest Maruti Suzuki Showroom & the experience was awesome, especially the staff there was awesome and they treated me really well, now coming to the test drive the experience was awesome and as my dad owns a diesel Vitara Brezza one so I had somewhat idea already, and this petrol one was very much refined as compared to my dad's diesel one also the motor/engine was amazing, a high revving typical Japanese engine mated to an amazing gearbox, the clutch was on the lighter side, the gears were sleek shifting, and the steering wheel was also decently weighed up, overall the experience was just awesome, and when I asked the salesperson about the service cost, it was pretty good and less compared to its rivals, and every Indian knows Maruti Suzuki's amazing after-sales service which has always been the specialty of the brand, I just loved it, loved the whole process to be vey honest.

Everything is fine. But the build quality and mileage is worst. I was bought on last year June'20. Almost I crossed 20K milometers. 1st 10K I got 12 and now I am getting only 10 per liter. I am very much disappointing about this.

Best compact suv in India.. good suspension, power figures might seem underpowered, but once you drive it you can feel the throttle response. A bit lacking in interior styling. overall a good car. It's actually better than creta ( am not biased), in terms of driving experience and performance.

My brother owns this car and we have driven it almost 7K km till date, I would share my experience without being biased. 1.LOOKS- one of the best looking C-SUV in this segment, boxy, muscular and chunky from all angles, other cars in this segment may look good either from the front or from the rear but this one looks amazing from all angles FROM OUTSIDE. Well, the story of interiors are exactly opposite from exteriors, fit & finish, material quality, quality of fabrics used on seats, switches & buttons feels like you are sitting inside a car half of its budget, extremely disappointed. 2.PERFORMANCE & ENGINE- New 1.5L naturally aspirated engine delivers linear power from the initial stage only but that feel of old turbocharged diesel engine above 1500RPM is something you will miss. Overall in terms of refinement, NVH levels, mileage and performance its a nice product and will not let you down. DRIVING DYNAMICS- If you are someone who drives mostly in the city then this is a very good option for you, controls like steering, clutch, gear-shifts are ultra-smooth which will not make you feel tiring even in city traffic also visibility if this car is excellent.Well if you are someone who drives mostly on highways i would suggest you to go with some other options because its light steering response fails to deliver confidence at high speed(above 100kmph). PROS- 1.Best in class mileage of 17+kmpl. 2.Light controls & visibility makes it easy to drive in city. 3.Great looks of a true SUV. CONS- 1.No option of diesel engine. 2.Bumpy city rides. 3.Use of cheap quality materials inside car(dashboard, door panels etc.).

The price of car is much expensive and it is not worth to buy this car. The company has also taken the wrong decision to discontinue diesel engine. The company has to revise its decision forthwith. The interior is again cheaper and plastic quality is poor. The on-road price of LXI model should be 6.75 lakh and ZDI should be less than 10 lakh.

1.Good 2 nice and superb 3 performance is almost better than in this range off the car 4 There is no cost in the service of this car, till now I have driven this car till 25000 km. This car hasn't cost me anything for so many kms. And its maintenance is also very less. 5 It is better to drive than the old Vitara Brezza. Although this car had another gear shift, it would have been more fun to drive. Still, I want to say at last that this car is a perfect fit in its place in a mid size compact SUV. No matter how many cosmetic changes are brought in other cars but no one can replace it. I am very happy to buy this car.

Brezza is a Best Value for money car. It is perfect for those people who wants a best looking 5 seater suv in low price segment with fully feature loaded like touch screen infotainment system, smart auto view mirror, cruise control, automatic ac, automatic gear, keyless entry, speed sensing auto door lock - unlock, reverse view camera, parking sensors, push start stop buttons. Its a good car in this price point with these features.
