Vitara brezza - revamping the compact SUV class

I bought the Vitara brezza zdi plus diesel manual variant in July 2018. The two major factors that drove me into buying the car were its looks and the assurance which comes with maruti brand. The looks are simply amazing in my point of view. It's a compact SUV yet it gives you the feeling of a full fledged one. It's spacious and the interiors look good. However, the plastic quality could have been improved. Seating comfort of the car is really great. When you're in the driver seat, it gives you a nice commanding position and view. The engine is decent but the performance it delivers shows that it has been fine-tuned. And yes, there is turbo lag, but once you get accustomed to it, you'll enjoy the overall driving experience. The surge it delivers after around 1800 rpm, is really fun to experience while driving. Moreover, for me it has the best handling in its class. Overall, I'd suggest that if you're looking forward to buying this car then you can definitely go ahead with it. Summarising its pros and cons - pros: great looks, mileage, driving experience, service, resale value; Cons: inferior quality of plastic used, a little bit inferior quality of in-vehicle noise proofing, just a little bit overpriced for the features we get.
