Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Engine performance is good. It is very silent. Gear shift is very smooth. Havent kept record of the fuel economy but it should not be below 12Kmpl.
Ride Quality & Handling Overall ride quality is very good.
Final Words It is an excellent car. Value for money. Rear view and A-pillar blind spots are a problem but you soon get used to it. Initially I thought that Reverse parking sensors are must and I was ready to go for it but within 2-3 days of buying this car I got used to reversing it and now I dont feel a need for sensors or Rear view camera. It was a tough decision to choose from various available sedan's in the market. I started my search few months back and finally narrowed it to SX4. Today I am happy I made that decision. If you are a fence sitter like me and wondering wether to go for SX4 or not then I would suggest guys just jump for it.
Areas of improvement A-pillar blind spot is a major issue with the car. I still wonder after so many complaints why hasn't been any action taken on the same by Maruti.
