Maruti Suzuki Swift Dzire [2015-2017] User Reviews

Got my swift dzire vxi yesterday (14 June) and have driven 460 kms already.. so iam writing this review.

Exterior Exterior of the car is awesome the car looks big and attractive from front and rear.. tho from the side the boot doesnt look so good.. overall very nice looks

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Dual tone interior looks very good.. space in rear seat is good..many people said it has less rear seat space but its not true.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Engine sounds really smooth while idling, and while driving aswell, engine gets really hot when driving around 100-120 for an hour or so.

Ride Quality & Handling Handling is very good .. car corners at 100 kmph very easily, but consider changing 165mm tyres, I got MRF ZV2k on my car.. the tyre noise is high above 100 km/h.

Final Words If u love speed you should buy swift dzire petrol which is best car under 7 lakh. Unlike amaze which is restricted to 140 km/h. But id recommend getting ZXI which has airbags & abs for safety. If you drive above 120 kmh.

Areas of improvement 185mm tyres on VXI/VDi atleast if not alloys, better sheet metal, foldable rear seat, height adjustabel seat for VXI, ABS for Vxi.

Dual tone interior, Electric foldable OVRMs, Black tinted headlamps, Light SteeringRear Seat Not foldable, FM antenna is fixed, thin tyres, very thin sheet metal

Exterior Very good with sporty look headlamp comes with crome shafe which improme exterior quality.

Exterior New face lift is good Dual tone interior, Electric foldable OVRMs, Black tinted headlamps, Light Steering.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Excelent in this segment comfortable boot space

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Good with excelent pickup with constent milege reverse gear problem. with unexpected noice.

Ride Quality & Handle Excelent with total control even in hilly area. 

on highaway it works like spaceship.

Final Words I have purched new car from Chougule industry satara, on 22 oct 2015, after driving 2500 km I m here to write review for my car.

one car show in this segment really value for moneyCar is awesome and more confident now with stylish looks and performance is good. I will definitely suggest to buy.

Areas of improvement Back seat space, revearse gear, A/C for back seat, besic acceserry with new car.

Everyone who looking for new car in this segment should choose this car whis u never be disapointment.

Exterior interior comfort good fuel economy,reverse gear problem

I bought thid car in 2015 February.We had bought the car without any issues with the shkwroom staff. I had been driving this car everyday since i brought it... i already covred morethan 80k. IT Has decent looks average interior.. but the build quality of body is not up to the expectation....but overall quality is good THE first 3-4services were free,then the next services were chargeable,,they were not costly...at around 3-6k maintenance is also affordable , this car has both pros and cons -pros being its affordability and low maintenance...cons-not having good build quality and it doesn't has safety features...

My father bought this car 6 and a half years ago and did only around 5-6 services. we don't use the car so much as it is driven only 40k till now but the car is worth the money. I still like the music system in it as it has too good bass. it gives me a mileage of around 19. Just love the car

Ride Quality & Handling It is very good

Areas of improvement It is cover good area. Other Exterior ITS VERY NICE, REAR PARKING SENSOR AND SIDE MIRROR INDICATORS, BUT HEAD LIGHT WE AS A CUSTOMER DONT PREFER AND LIKE THAT GETTING BIGGER SIZE. OTHERWISE AS USUAL ITS.

Exterior New aggressive looks. Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Nice and usefull interior, designed with common sense, Stock Audio system is off the hook! Engine.

It is a very failmy car for space and toher facility. So it is very cost  consuming car other then just Honda Amaze, Verena, E20. Etc

it is very populr car in today and most wanted car in a small familiy.

It is good like other then car. it is very good sporty loock.

Look and Style: Looks from front like Swift. From Side it looks like Sedan.

Comfort: Low Noise Interior, Rich Interiors, Nice design but No power windows for Lxi. Vxi is Awesome. You name it you get it in Vxi.

Pickup: Smooth, Fast and no noise while Pickups. Easy to handle in congested streets.

Mileage: Decent mileage around 15 Kmpl with A/c in city.

Best Features: Bold looks, Good A/c & Dual color interiors. Needs to improve: On Exterior Aerodynamic design.

Overall Experience: Great with sedan class costing me around Rs 5.57 lakh on road with some accessories.

Good fuel economy, good style.Nothing

Everything is good or say excellent but only the body its a bit weak other than that its just fabulous according to me. I bought mine at the end of 2016 and is still going good hope it helped you guys too to choose one from hundreds.

Exterior Much sporting look. much inmproved smoked headlights amplifies the looks of the car.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Much comfortable and luxurious interior as i have fitted the Regalia kit from the maruti.space if much better for 4 persons.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox It give me the milage of about 20kmpl on highway on the economy and 16-17kmpl in the city which is best in class i found some issues with the gear bushes during my SEcond service but the problem was solved ASAP by the service centers.AC cooling is very effective.

Ride Quality & Handling Poor balancing with its stock tyres which comes with 165mm width on the speed of +80kmph Maruti needs to upgrade the size of tyres to185mm so that handling could be much better.

Final Words Best service and customer support and faster delivery, best in class and good value for money.

Areas of improvement Upgrading the size of the tyres in VXI variant.Should fit the NEON lights like the new Baleno Which could give it more styling look in the segment , HEadlight should be improved which gives u problm in the night company fits 55w bulbs which is as similar as any used for  motorbikes which is not essential for time driving So i upgraded my headlight bulbs to 90watts not much satisfied with it.

 Looks are very good, sangria red and glistening grey color are super.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort)

 Interior is ok, however driver arm rest is not there in VXI, ample space for keeping water bottles, music system is good. Leg room for driver seat is sufficient, for rear passengers may face some problems or feel conjested.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox

 Enginer performance is brilliant, its difficult to identify whether the vehicle is on or off while being neutral. Fuel economy is 18 kmpl, in cities it comes around 14 to 16 kmpl. Gearbox is very smooth, no noise at all, zero vibration. Gear shifting is excellent butter smooth. While driving you feel like you are playing a virtual video game

Ride Quality & Handling

 Ride quality is excellent, suspension is good for Indian roads. Handling needs to be a bit soft with care. As compared to Dzire before 2012, the latest body is very light in weight. Any small impact can damage the car heavily.

Final Words

 This is my first car, for a budget of 7 lakhs, this car is best suited. You get what you paid. I am very satisfied with Suzuki service, the parts are quite economical and easily available as compared to Hyundai & Honda. For medium sized cars like Maruti is best suited.

Areas of improvement  

 Rear passenger leg room, arm rest for driver, atleast 1 rear vent AC with some cost increase would be of great.

 

Fuel economy is good, i get 19 KMPL on highways, steering is very smooth, gear shifting is smoothA little conjested at the back seat, less leg room for the rear passengers

The car is very good and comfortable.The only thing it lacks is Bluetooth with navigation.Rest its the best in segment It's looks are glamorous with the front black tone headlights . Nonetheless the car is the best
