I'm in Coimbatore and I bought the car through the dealer Ambal Auto!! This is the very first four-wheeler our family is getting and I paid for it through my hard earned money!! Ambal Auto - you should treat your customers as customers, without them you are nothing!! No proper response was provided, delivery was delayed and they didn't even care to wish the customers while taking the vehicle out from the showroom. When it comes to riding experience, yeah I love it.I've driven many cars and swift is bee always a favorite one. The looks and performance of a car are too good. It is supposed to be a mid-range vehicle, especially for the middle-class people. but the cost is a little high for the high variants. Here comes the major thing in the All-new Swift 2018!! Believe it or not... Even a cycle's built quality will be good. Anyone can make a dent. I mean not by hitting you with a vehicle just by their bare hands.. a solidly built quality car which is supposed to be in the Rohit Shetty films!!! Poor built quality and the money you spent on this car goes for nothing. Pros: Looks, Performance, and Mileage Cons: Built Quality, Servicing and Maintenance.

Bought vxi amt magma grey, looks so stylish and young and it's very comfortable to drive in city traffic n on the highway. Drove a 220 km from Dimapur to Manipur with easy on not so good road. Free from changing gears and pressing down of clutches. Climbing upward is so easy. But due to low ground clearance got a lot of hits on the bottom Bumper n mudguard.

The riding experience is good and looks too... Seats are comfortable but price can be a bit less than present.. Specially the price growth parallel to top model . And the quality of speakers needs improvement too....

I bought this car 1 year ago. Since my driving is less so we decided to go for vxi amt. We wanted to go for amt because of the comfort it offers. The car gives sheer driving pleasure while driving. Handling of this car is really good. Just little bit of body roll you are going to experience if your revving the motor along the corners. But still it is a fun to drive hatchback. The looks of this car are very attractive and super cool. The service is also good at the showroom in our area. These were some of the pros of this car. Along with the pros there are some cons as well. First and the most important is that This car lacks safety. The built quality of the sheet metal is really bad. I am really disappointed with it. This cars offers very less features at this price point. Whereas the rivals offer more features. And I think this car is little over priced as well. I think they should offer at least 6 airbags in the top end. Overall I am satisfied with my car. Thank you.

I bought this car from Pratham Bangalore and I was MISGUIDED my Pratham and lost alot of money in this transaction. So please beware of them and avoid booking the car there, they dont give you the proper pricing and the delivery is not smooth. Once you pay the advance of 5000/- they think that the customers are jobless and they start doing their work and keep you wait. so stay away from them, ask for all the price in the price list. The call it as ON ROAD PRICE, but it is not actually Maruti ON ROAD PRICE, their price is actually addition of optional items but they never revel it while you booking it.

Spacious car with good leg space. But latest features missing. Body not so strong. Fuel efficiency of petrol varient average. Should have temperature reader and fitted with GPS to give it latest feel.

Exterior Like the rear look, it is very classy. The front is a bit low.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Steering and seat comfort is supreme. Has 5 good bottle holders - Very practical and well designed interiors with lot of space for items.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Smooth engine, gets off well with automatic gearbox, fuel economy 14.5 in city and 16 in highways with AC. Gearbox is good even in ghat sections. Strongly suggest folks to buy auto gear in swift.

Ride Quality & Handling Good ride quality and handling. Does well in city roads as well as in highways. Downshifts are as good as the upshifts in this auto gearbox. Overall a pleasant driving experience.

Final Words Go for the automatic without second thought - You will smile every mile:)

Areas of improvement Build quality can be better. Lot of space in bonnet which could have been reduced. Seats are good but rear seat must have adjustable head rests. Driver seat could have arm rests in automatics atleast as you will not be shifting gears and the armrest would have really made it very luxurious experience.

AMT Gear Box and K Series engine combination is a boon for city driving. I hope with the bigger engine and Maruti's experience (learning curve) with the AMT gear box, the issues related to AMT (as reported with other Maruti Models), will be negligible. Folks who are in the process of buying a new car, should definitely explore AMT options (on whichever brand/model they like/trust) 2. Maruti's decision on providing "Dual Front Airbags, ABS with EBD and Brake Assist" as a standard across models 3. Love the steering controls (minus the horn) 4. Bolstering on front seats 5. Small turning radius (big advantage in Bangalore traffic) 6. Availability of a service center at a walking distance from my house 7. Stability and cornering capabilities of the car 8. Gear Knob Dislikes 1. Quality of plastics/electrical-parts at certain areas (like OVRM knob) 2. Thin rear seats 3. Feather light steering (on low speeds) 4. Difficult to operate horn 5. The first and second gear does not up-shift at a lower rpm (currently they up-shift around 2000 RPM). More than the first gear, I get more bothered by the second gear not up-shifting to third at a lower RPM. Honestly in city traffic, I will be more happy if the second gear up-shifts to third at say around 1600 RPM 6. The gear box downshifts very quickly. This get's irritating on speed breakers 7. The driver side door, at times will not close completely on a gentle push (when we exit the car). Have to get it checked during the first service

Comfort, stylish and value for money. Love driving this car. Can Easily handle even at 100-120kpm. You will never feel like you are driving a light weight car. AMT provides you the comfort of free drive. Music system is very good. Driving and seating position is good as well. The gear shift is smooth and faster. The only drawback I felt is the time taking to shift to upper gear if last gear shift was down.(If the gear shifted to 2nd from 3rd and then you tried to accelerate it takes a lil time than expected). I believe this happens with all the Maruti AMT cars. Only missing piece is rear parking sensor/camera.
