Please suggest me a car

Hello, I am Arun from baroda (Gujarat). I want to buy a new car and my budget is 4-5 lacks. My monthly usage of car is not more than 300 km.My main concern is mileage must be high between 14-18 km/Ltr.In interiror design i want AC and power stearing only.As per my choice Maruti swift LXI is my first choice and second one is Maruti newly launched model Maruti Ritz.but as per review of car expert they are saying that Maruti Swift is best one but mileage of swift is only 12. Maruti Ritz is newly hatchback car in maruti and contain Euro engine but it is laucnhed before 5 months ago so people have no more idea about performance and rarely seen on roads. So, i m bit in confusion between Swift and Ritz.Please guide me and suggest me best car according to my use and requirements.Fuel Ecomomy
