Don't buy scross

Booked this car in December 2017 @ 9.25lak on road in Pondicherry but while car came in January I had to pay extra 25k since the rates has been increased. I was never informed about this till I pay the invoice price. Its doesnt have enough powerto climb in steep areas in hill station.engine is stammering. Mileage I am getting around 15.5 inside town and in highways around 17. I've planned to sell mine.
