Exterior Looks are not very eye candy. Well some people likes it and some doesn't. For me its okay kind of looks but when it comes to value of looks the amount you paying and you get some ordinary looks that’s not fair. I don't think this is premium car at all.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) I liked the features, touch screen is really good, blue tooth connectivity, steering controls, etc. I would like to bring a point to notice that the horn control is not reachable for short palm people & my spouse is one of them.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox That’s a well proven engine and it's an Indian national engine so no complain on that part, but its low torque and BHP makes your drive very hard when it comes bumper to bumper driving. You need to shift gears very frequently and finally ends up banging your head yourself for your 'premium' decision. People who moved to Maruti for very first time by using other competitor cars with descent power & torque will give up on this 'premium' car. I'm a descent tall person & I have serious toe pain/ankle pain driving this 'premium' car on bumper to bumper drive on daily commute.
Ride Quality & Handling As told above, the ride quality is not fair enough for the money what you have paid. But its good on the highways. But my commute is mostly on the city & I drive XUV on highways, I don't think this is a wise decision I made by moving from small i!0 to this big 'premium' car.
Maruti is best & known for 'Kitna deta hai' attitude of Indian customers. Hence they compromised on the engine performance but eventually its made-up your life miserable with ride quality. But I'm telling if a person is able to spend about over 11 Lakhs then who compromise on performance.
Final Words If your daily commute is in city and its in a bumper to bumper driving conditions then think twice and if you are able to spend couple of more lakhs probably you will end up on having a very nice and hassle free car.

Exterior
Looks like a hatchback but has length of a sedan and feel of a SUV. Complete Car. Too big and represents mini Innova. Maruti has got their class into roads now.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort)
Rich interiors never ever seen before in India. 3 big people can sit with ease in rear. Best texture inside. Low engine noise.Full black interiors. Posh feel inside the car. Smooth steering which is very light weight.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox
19+ mileage in city with AC on is the best thing. Better than any other over-hyped SUVs for real. Gears are smooth and small shifts are provided. Engine is 1250 CC which has to be either 1400 CC for a better feel. But mileage would be the key player. 20+ mileage in highways and 19+ in city makes this the best SUV in India.
Ride Quality & Handling
Enjoyable but turbo lag is there till 2000 rpm. Otherwise its a rocket.
Final Words
Best SUV in India. Only thing is price has to be reduced.
Areas of improvement
Price to be reduced and facelift is required to get SUV feel. Alloy wheels are not stylish but may be safer.

Exterior Its great, with new design with sporty look, alloy wheel design and front, head light design will be a bit -ve thing.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Interior is great with black finish every where, lack of rear ac vent is a prob, rest all it's great especially leg room for rear passengers its awesome.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Engine looks a bit under power, over all can't see much difference in city traffic. great fuel economy i got 26kmpl in highways and city is around 17 kmpl.
Ride Quality & Handling Ride Quality is great it takes bumps very cool, ground clearance has improved ride quality, handling is great
Final Words Must go for it vechile if you are seeing for space, style and mileage as a majour priority
Areas of improvement Rear ac went and few features can be added, dimond cut alloys can be introduced. wecant sutdown the touch screen system completely which is useful some times.

Took delivery on 11 October, 2016 and so far used only within Mumbai
Initial ownership experience:
· Took time to get used to keyless entry and push button start
· Its easy to drive and park as steering is very light and responsive
· Looks and feels premium
· The drive is smooth and on highway you don’t feel that you are cruising at 100 kmph
· Gearshift is very swift
· With ABS and rear disc brakes, braking at short notice isn’t problem as once had to brake hard to avoid alto ahead of us stopping suddenly on the way home from mall.
· Rearview camera works perfect
· Gear 1 to 2 and 2 to 3 speed range is short.
· Armrest looks seriously helpful for long drives
· 1.3 engine noise insulation is better than 1.6 engine but 1.6 has superb punch
· Being Maruti, headlamps are excellent
· Hasn’t tested fuel economy as I’m getting used to the gear ratios and car’s ergonomics

Exterior : The Looks are Subjective, I liked the Exterior of the S Cross. The Ground Clearance is good and the car is well built
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) : Its a Spacious cabin and comes with Abondant features. The seating is very comfortable front and Rear. All black gives the car a Sporty Look. The ACC does an Amazing job.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox :
The S Cross comes with Fiat Engine and Mine is a 1.3 Zeta Version. Not the Fatest in the Segment but Still pick up is decent and driving in City and Highway is a Breeze. The Engine Noise is Heard inside the Cabin, not expected in a 12Lakh car. The Gear Box is smooth and the fluid . The FE is a pretty decent too. got 24KMPL in Highways and 17-19 in City driving.
The outside noise can be heard inside the cabin, a change of Tyres should fix this, but still the engine noise is heard and its annoying sometimes.
Ride Quality & Handling
S Cross has a very good Handling and Ride Quality. Its better then my Previous Hyundai i20 in terms of handling and Driving comfort. With the Height adjustable seats and Steering, its easy for any one to find their sweet spot. The Vechile is stable even at high speeds ( 150 top speed, tested) .
Final Words
A great car from the stable of Suzuki, if you are looking for a car with good ride quality and good built with a fantastic service support this should be the car for you. There is a compromise on some aspects like the engine noise felt inside the cabin and quality of materials used for interiors. But said that its an overall a Value for Money Car from Suzuki.
Areas of improvement
Definitely the Isolation inside the cabin has to be improved, road noise and engine Noise are heard.
Why is Suzuki sticking on with such a Tyre ( JK Elanzo) the road noise is annoying.
