    Hi,

    I am a owner of maruti RITZ VXI model Registration no is DL 6 XXXXXXX purchased it on last September 2014,As my third service was due So approached to Magic auto pvt ltd. A-93 Mayapuri phase -2, for servicing  for rectification of some problem 1- while changing the gear there was some sound from gear box, The driver from maruti came to my home , He noted everything like meter reading, Fuel, Scratches on body after that he suggested me to change the oil, align tyre, I agreed only for changing oil not aligning tyre, after that reply from driver was that warranty will not be valid for future as I have taken extended warranty, then when I talked to service center then they confirmed its not like that, then driver took my car to service center and after servicing he delivered the car on same date with broken door visor & Dent on top of the car, Seems like something fallen on top of the car, when I talked to driver, as per driver the dent & Broken visor was already there when he took the car from my home, now I have question to company if car visor was broken & dent was there, why it was not reported when he took the car from me, the fact is that it was broken in maruti.

    Now they have taken my car  since 5th October 2015, till today 9th October I have not received any call from them and everyday I am following them & word from them what I hear is I will drop your car tomorrow, but I don’t know when that movement will come to get my car, I think this is the worst serviced that I have got this experience from magic auto from mayapuri.

    And I will not suggest any one to give a car to mayapuri & the behavior of the staff is too much rude, if you ask about the status of the car then answer will be “ I am also having car ‘ worst service. I am too much flustered from their service.

    I request the concern person to treat this matter on urgent basis.
