Given the features offered by the competition, this car fails to impress.

I don't think this car offers anything more than the Swift. Interiors are equally bad, if not worse. The design isn't too refreshing either; it's a mix of the Indica Vista and Hyundai Getz. Competing models like Hyundai's i10 offer lots more options in terms of crisp design, plush interiors, ABS, SRS airbags, sunroof, automatic gears.  Although Maruti has a good track-record in terms of fuel efficiency, their cars offer a lot less than the competition in terms of the feel-good factors like design and interiors. It's high time Maruti paid attention to the fact that they badly need to work on things like freshness of design, better interiors and upgrade options.
