Zen Estillo better than Wagon R?

I am looking for a family car for 4-5 people in the range of 3-4 lac. I have taken test drives of multiple options from Indica Vista to A star.

I feel Zen estilo is the car which gives me real value for money. Vista also is major competitor but resale value of Tata vehicles is always a problem. Maruti is also preferred for the service support base they have.

Zen estillo is of same height as Wagon R, leg room for front is very good. For wagon R with 4 people load gives starting problem when AC is on. Interiors of Zen are much better than Wagon R but probably not as good as A star. mileage A star is the best. A star is much smoother than Wagon R & Zen estilo. A star is very cramped vehicle, it's only for 2 people & 2 kids.

 I am almost convinced that Zen estilo is better option than Wagon R.

Any suggestions are welcome..
