Buying experience: Bought the vehicle from kiran motors, all of my query was treated with utmost respect , right from inspecting the vehicle before purchase to selecting the free accesories and all my paper work was very clearly explained by them
Riding experience: After a few hundred kilometers the riding quality turned out great even while riding on CNG , there was no major lag in power.
Details about looks, performance etc: The model which I gave purchased has a good amount of chrome fittings on it so I would say the look is great and performance wise being 1.4 ltr engine gives good power in city as well as highway
Servicing and maintenance: Servicing by maruti is great they provide door services and after service solutions are also swiftly responded.
Pros and Cons: Pros : a perfect 7 seater with good power + a brand name which has less maintenance cost + best resale value in market. A complete family car which is comfortable to drive , the ac needs extra mention as its powerful enough for the whole vehicle. Cons : luggage space and the seat just moves back n forth for entering the 3 rd row passengers , had been able to tumble would have been great and easier to access 3rd row space.

Nice car, its spaces and its give nice experience to dire. New model is very good exterior, it good for look. I love this car very much, our family members are also like this new model ertiga car from Suzuki.

Good car, Vxi is a value for money variant. Buying experience is average because there are no discounts on any Variant. Ride quality is good, less engine noise, better pulling than previous Ertiga. Has new front look like a Innova crystal and rear looks like Volvo hatchback and has good power. Suspensions are quiet soft and comfortable. Pros: Value for money, loaded with many features. Has good leg room in all rows including boot space High ground clearance. Safety features are good and common on all variants Cons: Ac control knobs are old style and out dated. Music system should have been more better. Rear defroger and rear wiper is not given in VXI No comments about service and maintenance.

1.the overall buying experience is better now, compare to previous type of dealership to the new Maruti suzuki Arena, but the waiting period of Ertiga is too long 2. Riding Experience of the previous model was better with respect to the comfort, as the new model does not have more space for the driver/ front row seats. this will be the major disadvantage of new generation of the ertiga as we give more importance for the 1st row seats as well as 2nd row seats, and usually we use 3rd row as luggage space for the long journey. but in the new generation ERTIGA, they have cut down the spaces of the 1st row and give it to the last row, which is just not the comfort for the ertiga buyer. and this is the main reason that i have decided not to buy the new generation ERTIGA. 3. with respect to the looks, it stand next to the innova crysta, and no other cars in this segments looks better than this CAR with respect to the performance, it is as usual better for mileage and efficiency "Maruthi suzuki" brand. 4. in the service part, usually they charge same as any other company car and this should from the maruti team as they will be aware of these things, like simply changing the things and charging more from the customer and for the maintenance usually the car owner will get approximately 6-8 K for every 6 months - [information might be correct] 5. pros - * as it is Maruthi suzuki brand, most of the INDIANs will buy this. * with this price range, will not get any other car [muv's] with the good comfort * Mileage of the car is good * interior and exterior design is good * Storage space of the car is descent cons -*major problem with the Maruthi suzuki is always same SAFETY and most of the people will think many times to buy *comfort of this new generation car is not as good as the previous version Ertiga, especially the 1st row seats * no captain seats are offered for the top end vehicle * power of the car & the initial pickup is not good & same as previous version, it may be different on paper, but in practicality -on road it is same * for the top end model they do not offer so many features like cruise control, automatic sensing lights and wiper and safety airbags for rear passengers

The drivers seat should have option to make seat up/ down . Also as every life is important so the air bag should be given by default regardless of the model. The car is dashing looks

Excellent millage and mor comfortable and stylish engine performance is good overall ertiga gives a good opportunity in this renge of cars but the ground clearance is short other wise its good
