Maruti dzire Lxi-Gear box broken within 58408kms - poor performance

My vehicle no T21AL****Purchased on 16 Mar 2012, Personal use only. We drove only 58408kms but gearbox totally damaged without any reason. No support from Maruti both from dealer and company. We shocked, is the life of gearbox only 58000kms? Singly used this car without any rash driving though life is very poor. Now they sent a quote for Rs.48000. We are suspecting as a manufacturing defect. For that also no proper reply. One of the Maruti service engineers told me it is happening once in every thousand cars. Please think about that poor person. Maruti has to consider this kind of failures in future. Thanks, P.Senthilkumar 944********
