Maruti Suzuki Dzire [2017-2020] User Reviews

I bought the top trim ZDI+ variant of this compact sedan on 18th may 2017 with lots of expectations but I was shocked with the car and its features. Inferior interiors, cheap plastic all round the car, music sytem is below average, touch sytem hangs all the time, all seats are pathetic, frint mirror is full of fog from outside without any reason in rainy as well as humid climate, worst HEART TECH platformed body. Lastly the company customer care is deaf and dumb. After numerous complaints the maruti Suzuki india agreed to replace my car seats but the dealer even after 1 month has not changed my all seats. Noe maruti Suzuki indua is telling me that they would only chage the foam of my seats as the defect is in the foam of the seats and not in the seats.

Maruti Suzuki executive also agreed That even he is shocked to know that how tje car got all security checks and passed all the quality checks. Maruti Suzuki India is simply making Indians fool.

Most important priblem is that even the Maruti experts are unable to give satisfying reply or satisfy the customers. The defects are many more others too.

1. U cant watch videos if the car is on running mode. To watch videos u have to stop the car.

2. Navigation is outdated one.

3. Music system is just like it doesn't exist in the car.

4. The doors are not automatically unlocked as you switch off the car.

5. Even in the top trim ZDI + you have to press the button to close and open the OVRM's. As they will not close as you close the car or unlick the car.

6. If u keep the window mirrors open than the car will not automatically lick the windows by itself. 7. The ac is not that much powerful.

7. Not even a single accessories are available at any dealer and the prices are rocket high. Etc. I think go for either Hyundai, ford, honda or Chevrolet cars because they care for their esteemed customers.

2. I purchased this car in 2015 march and exchanged with my I20. First My experience with dealer is not good. He promise to give floor mat with new car but at last he charged me extra. Car engine is good but very noisy. Engine feel very underpower with 5 occupant with ac on. Uve to struggle a lot.. I spend 9.30 for top model and when I drive in city with small potholes and breaker shockers of tbis car is so pathetic I feel that Im sitting in a Autorichaw. Very noisy diesel engine Poor build quality Insulation is very bad. Wind noise other vehicle noise easily audible and irritate a lot while driving. Cheap plastic dashboard. Very cheap car speakers even chinese toys have better speakers. Maruti using very cheap product and fooling Indian customer. Its good for Taxi purpose only coz of its mileage for personal use its not good vehicle. I sold my vehicle within 9months only . For New CUSTOMER I request please take test rides of other vehicles like I20 or ford aspire before buying Dzire.

Never purchase auto gear modal, I purchased auto ,sweeft after 3 years , 1 lac ruppee maintenance , auto gear problem in engine and part not available easily , last 2 month my car in garaj

Wonderful car in this range.... Zero maintenance Good looking and high performance.. No word to say about this car because this is very amazing ,spacious, i think perfect sedan, Value for money..

Maruti sales staff are the worst at least few. Wrong commitments. Excellent ride and mileage in city and Highways. Ride quality is simply awesome. Great looks from side angle and rear. I dont like thick portion in front grill. Night time view inside and outside is great specially inside with orange lights. Pros - Best in highway, so planted. Best in mileage, Best suspension in bad roads, Boot space is great, Only Best car for 3 big size adults in rear seat in compact sedan. Cons - Poor headlamp - visibility in night is so bad, worst fit and finish, Plastic is so cheap, breaking is so bad, rattling sounds starts from day 1 on steering and at rear near iso fix or stop light. Post 100 kmph speed you feel unstable, unsafe, insulation is very bad, Very disappointed with all these issues and i feel regret of buying maruti product due to its build quality. Looks like someone hit little hard on my new car at driver door, Guess what - Dent, Any impact with small object - Dent. Spare some money at least 20k per year for dents. Regret buying.. Though there are pros I would advice to avoid.

I have already owned swiift dezire vxi . its performance . Dsme way new dezire will have better performance as compared to old one . I hope every one including me prefer this car over the others manufacturing units More over service provide by maruti dealers are excellent and available every where .

I just brought vxi amt . It is best value for money according to its spec. It is giving 29-33 kmpl when driven at 60 kmph . When you go for higher speed it gives 18-20 kmpl . All good but no choice for customize and spares still not available at showroom. I only want to change the infotainment system as top model, but no hope .

Buying expirience was good.Staff was supportive. Riding is also comfortable had driven it for 1000km in 2 days and felt comfortable Looks of the car is unique.. personal preference.I liked it Had done 1st servicing.. and velcle runs smoothly. Pros: Value for money. space feul economy looks cons: No rare Ac vents for LXI ground clearance is little low

The exterior look is fantastic. The interior is the one of like Audi or BMW best compact sedan in the segment. Best is the fuel economy. I usually drive around 80-100 and I am getting a fuel economy of around 24-25. May be it increase some after some more kilometres. Best compared to other compact sedan. I am a swift lower from 10 years and this is the best swift ever.
