      The behavior of staff was friendly and service cost is normal anyone can afford it has a very large boot space of 510l and it has a safety rating of 5 which is quite good for the family.

      I am proud to be an owner of ciaz. When I was buying the car my friends suggest me to take honda city but since i have take the test drive of ciaz Believe me It was amazing. The sound coming from engine was fabolous. I drive my car 80000 km but believe me even today when I drive my ciaz the performance is just amazing. The design of ciaz is amazing and the boot space is massive. The projector headlamps are amazing. On highway it gives the average between 22-24 Km/hr. I love the car alot and last Proud to be an owner of ciaz.

      Ciaz car is a perfect sedan for a small family. It ensures all the comfort for the user as well as passenger. It has a smooth riding and handling experience although I have driven it around 5000 km approx. It gives you a perfect driving pleasure when it comes to driving. It gives me a mileage of around 15 kmpl on highway of petrol version.

    • Company's after sales service is worst.

      Basically performance wise car is average but the comfort of driving is the best. Built quality is poor. After all, when it comes to after sales service - that is worst. Frankly speaking. Go for other option than ciaz if you want good after sales service, better built quality and lower maintenance charges. Not satisfied with this car.

      This is the car I bought the day i got launched. The looks are amazing with the beautiful headlights and taillights. It have got a beautiful new colour too whick look amazing. In the interior not much has changed but the speedometer is excellent it is now much more informative. Very economical car. The new 1.5 pertrol engine is good for the long routes but average for the city.

    • 58k and running perfectly

      My ciaz is a 2016 model. It's a top end diesel ZDI+. Now it's 58000 km and running. The service cost at every 10k km is 5k to 6k max. Tyres The standard issue tyre is 195 55 R16 but I have upgraded to 205 55 R16, now the roadgrip has increased and the vibrations felt inside are very less. The standard issue tyres are like low profile and not perfect for Indian roads but an upgrade will be perfect. I was given Goodyear accelere and drove it for 50k and then upgraded to Pirelli P7. Have a beige colour interior which is hard to maintain because gets dirty easily. But it feels more spacious with beige tone so it's worth it. The cabin is sealed and noise from outside is clearly filtered out. No engine notice is audible even after 58k. Infotainment unit is touch screen which is very good but now there is lag in touch response when Bluetooth is connected. Handling is very good.But acceleration is not very sporty as its rivals, maybe mainly because it's a family oriented car, which explains the lavish interior space. The boot space is tremendous. 2 single cot mattress (folded) and 2 Jerry cans can fit perfectly OR 2 large airport bags and 2 backpacks. The point is it's very spacious. Tried and tested. Mileage: City 16-18kmpl Highway 26-27 Pros:- Mileage Spacious Value for money Easy to maintain Spacious boot. Cons:- Not sporty like it's rivals (But it's not underpowered)(perfect tuning)

    • My 2 years of experience with CIAZ 1.3 diesel

      We bought the ciaz in the year 2016 from a regular maruti dealership as the car was not being sold at the nexa dealership in 2016. The total on road price on the 1.3 delta with alloys and other accesories costed us close to 12lac.The car has run about 32000kms and the engine does its job well.It feels a bit underpowered below 1.7k rpm but then as the revs climb the engine pulls cleanly. Ciaz looks are decent and will appeal to most of the buyers. Maintainence costs are a bit high considering that the maruti service costs are cheap as people assume. Pros: Very good fuel economy Value for money Rear seat space Cons: Low ground clearance Rear headroom Average interior quality turbo lag below 1.7k rpm

      This is to inform you that we just bought a new car CIAZ APLHA model from nexa showroom situated in B-64, industrial area , phase -7 , Mohali we bought the car on 8th march ,2019 and now when we took the car for normal look over by the company on 26th march,2019 they said that there is a defect in gear box they kept the car and asked of reparing it in a day or two it is very shamefull for the company that they have such a big defect in a newly manufactured car we didnt buyer the car for this that we have to make it repair in the 3nd week of buying it .The car has just run over a passage of 222km . We informed the showroom on the first day itself of buying the car that there is some noise made by the engine while driving but they told that it is normal as the car is new.
