Buying experience was great , although I got the delivery late because of festive season , but was happy to recieve the car. My particular dealer gave me the delivery with a box of chocolates and a wonderful cake ( to compensate the late delivery) The ride quality could be better (considering it's rivals) on speeds higher than 80 kmph , you can hear a lot of tyre noise. I have the facelift 2018 model which looks great. I opted for the black colour which looks more imposing than other colours. I've had the car for about two years now and the paint seems to have faded a little bit (lost its sheen). Ceramic coat would save it. The Ciaz doesn't provide as much performance as its rivals but I bought it for the fuel economy. The 1.3 does the job for me but if you want performance , don't look at Maruti at all. Service and maintenance : It hasn't bothered me a lot First three sevices were free and the the next two services cost me about 3000 INR (both). No issues with any equipment whatsoever. Interior : No sunroof ! Which is common in this segment nowadays , Beige interior look very good and makes it feel airy inside the cabin. The steering wheel design could be better. Infotainment : the touch screen works fine , You get bluetooth support , Android auto, Navigation system and no CD player. The sound quality of the stock speakers is not great , but you can opt for better ones in the NEXA dealership itself ! Pros: 1. Good fuel economy

Amazing experience in a super rate...I use lots of vehicles and I did not get this much comfortable while diving... I drive 500 and above kilometers in a day.i promise you this car will give value for your money....

It is overall a nice package in the price range. It is good in mileage, low maintenance, smart hybrid petrol car. I drive in city and long-distance too, overall it is nice and comfortable experience. It is stable on road for 100 -120 range (the best i tried). It offers good boot space. In the price range it is a nice car.

No doubt car is just awsomeee i luv the sound system the interior exteror just amazibg very gud performance of engine get an powerfull torque and start but some time the hybrid system doesnt work but the service u get from nexa is very poor 0 out of 10 ratng to service Disadvatages of this car is that build Quality is not to gud and braking may lag some time and some times engine noise also comes in cabin these are some cons just otherwise car is awsomeew

Very nice good car i ever seen i love the design exterior and interior all i love a model of a car is seen in this car .. and the features are more attractive but one thing in it the model change in every season .

It is a wonderful car. Easy to drive for ladies. It is easy to manoeuvre on the narrow lanes and by lanes. Comfortable for the whole family. The seating arrangement includes a lot of leg space. You don't get a cramped feeling.

The car is perfect for someone looking for budget sedan .. very spacious and comfortable... perfect for city and long drives. Maintenance is normal.. The only issue is with build quality else everything is fine
