      Most wonderful car and in low variant so much features and so cool looking like luxury so grand when delivery with cake etc...in this car we excepted like full option without headlight and taillight.

      Buying experience: They do lot of sales talk. But nothing works.
      Riding experience: Ok it is just not premium. Not smooth.
      Details about looks, performance etc: 1) Mileage promised is not achievable despite tall talk of smart hybrid. All lies. 2) infotainment GPS chip we bought by paying Rs 10k. But it is a total disaster. We can't feed the address required. It has some default address which hardly covers most address in imprtant city like Chennai and south. It doesn't allow us to enter the address we need to go. 2) infotainment radio can't be controlled by remote. We were told we have to download an app in our mobile, but after we bought the car we were told there is no such app available. Absence of such a facility is premium segment car is a total disappointment, especially when we were told that facility is available.
      Servicing and maintenance: Nexa service is okay. But since new car we are yet to experience going forward.
      Pros and Cons: PROS: PRICE CONS: 1) MILEAGE LOW ONLY 10.3 KMPL. 2) Infotainment GPS is a disaster 3) infotainment radio music cant be controlled by remote. No app also

      Details about looks, performance etc: overall superb look. exteriors are best
      Servicing and maintenance: best service and maintaunance provided
      Pros and Cons: looks are best among all competitors but it should be more torque.

      Nexa does not fail you in providing the best buying experience. The car is very comfortable and ergonomic. The details and the looks are something that pulled me towards ciaz. I have had my 1st service at 1000KM and have found no issues. Pros: The looks, cruise control, sports mode, hill hold assist, ESP, TCS and EBD Cons: 4 Gear Automatic, Sheet metal quality is very thin.

      Details about looks , performance.it is good looking.when we go out all people will see the car becsuse it is made of looks .first my friend brought it . After driving it i had fell love with it and i to brougth it . The fuel economy is very good . All middel class people are buying it . Because it is low coast

      Newly purchased 1 week before.still feeling gud by driving n average.Boot space is mire in its segments.smart hybrid technology is main strength of this car.interioer &exteriors of cars is decent & attracts others also.

      Value for variant Sigma 1.5 MT petrol. A nice ,cheap and neat car in Bharat . Low maintenance, good fuel economy, better and smooth drive, well service network. Exclusive features even in its base variant. But built quality of top sheet is of very low standard. Dents can easily manage on it.

      Recently purchased this car definitely for it's sharp updated looks. I love every aspect of it big on space good performance everything. However, with the update I really hoped MS to offer sunroof and backlit power window switches. Rather this is the only complain and a suggestion that I have given to MS "n" number of times. With a car of this price range these are something which feels like a cost cutting especially the backlit window switches. They are too cheap to be offered in this car. Overall the car is the best in segment.

      What a amazing car i use from 4 years no one car beat then like verna creta skota they are ussless car i used many cars but ciaz is wonderful car ever for me what a space in a car what a driving i loved it my realtives or frnd all love ciaz ?????????? less maintenance every thing powerful design is execilent
