      Everything about this car is just excellent. Exterior and Interior both looks fabulous, Drivability is also good. The best thing about this car (after exploring in this segment) is Interior space.

      A full journey will full with joy and excitement in long trip. I have a drive to ujjain mahakal from my home city Kanpur about 700 km distance which was full of excitement with comfortable .

      It's a good car to buy. Driving is smooth. It looks awesome. The only drawback i found is while closing door it sounds more and if we slowly close the door it will not close completely. Except this, the car is the best option in this price and suspension is too good

    • Ciaz is really have the best comfort

      My friends told me not to buy this car because of the ground clearance, But if you need this car is amazing, Ground clearance is not bad you just have to judge well the road bumper at the time of driving, Ciaz looks and and comfort you can't get in another car on same price range, I bought Ciaz sigma 2020 in just 8.82 lakh.. Which was good deal for me. Thanks, Nexa Dhanbad

      Value for money. Smooth driving as of few hundreds of kms. Features are good. Touch is a little laggy. Back body is so light if you press with the hand it will bend. It could have been better if they give suzuki connect as inbuilt option.

    • Great comfort but poor safety features

      Owing this car for last 3 years and there is no such issue. I am in love with is car. Its great car in respect to Comfort but the safety in this car is downside. It can be better. And all features in this car are top. About mileage i am getting around 16kmpl. And cabin noise is little bit high side.
