This is to inform you that we just bought a new car CIAZ APLHA model from nexa showroom situated in B-64, industrial area , phase -7 , Mohali we bought the car on 8th march ,2019 and now when we took the car for normal look over by the company on 26th march,2019 they said that there is a defect in gear box they kept the car and asked of reparing it in a 7 day it is very shamefull for the company that they have such a big defect in a newly manufactured car we didnt buyer the car for this that we have to make it repair in the 3nd we gvek of buying it .The car has just run over a passage of 222km . We informed the showroom on the first day itself of buying the car that there is some noise made by the engine while driving but they told that it is normal as the car is new. Stylish look....Excellent car. It's an awesome sedan from Maruti. Ciaz is really a good car ..with absolute power wherever u required. The most comfortable car... Under 10-12 lakh segment .. i have buy last month... The best sedan car. I purchased new ciaz. Excellent car. Got super customer care. Amazing look and milege. I love my CIAZ????

Worth Buying Top End Automatic model as it is full of Feature

Buying Top End Automatic model was perfect decision. Excellent riding experience. Driven 5000 Km , Only facing small issue of sound from dashboard, otherwise performance of car is excellent. No problem during pickup, or during overtaking. Mileage is issue some time due to driving condition but this is not car problem as sometime I got 22.6 km/hr also. Look of the car is perfect and attractive.Performance very good. Done Service for TWO time , its not expensive . Worth buying TOP end Automatic model, as it gives peace of mind during traffic , has very good facility of Auto engine stop and Start after you release the brake help to save fuel. Strongly suggest to buy top end Automatic model.

I bought my car on 25 September 2017, since then I rode my ciaz 15000kms + and here a comprehensive review - 1) The first thing first looks - it's look stunning ! Look like any Premium executive car which looks like a class above it's segment 2) The car has ample space and adequate legroom But heighted person can do some complain about head space 3) Technology - has all the features which u needed in this category of car 4) Seats are comfortable and has good back support Now coming to DRIVING - 1) First thing first The CLUTCH is Extra Light !! 2) In manual transmission is smooth and gear shifting is easy without much clattering 3) 2 & 3 gear shift feels Underpowered sometimes due to short gear range 4) Power - You will never get underpowered during overtaking or in highways 5) Smooth and Good 1.5 L petrol Engine is powerful enough to fulfill your demand MILEAGE AND MAINTENANCE - Till now I am getting an average of 15kmpl in city and 18-19 kmpl in Highways Maintenance is Hassel free and Maruti Suzuki service is good till now my latest experience

My Maruti ciaz

My experience with my Ciaz There are many positive features like styling, comfort, spacing, smoothness, driving steadiness on top gear/top speed etc., Dickey can hold 2 large suitcases and few smaller baggages. The metal in top portions seem little soft. The view through the glass adjoining right frame not much good and driver needs practising. Milege in city and poor road and traffic conditions around 12 kmpl. May be later on it may give few kms more. The petrol tank indicator needle shows full and beyond with 35 lit of filling... A little deceptive... Otherwise too good. Display monitor why not like Sony or pioneer. Maruti can buy back it's original from its customers whom I believe 100% people change their monitors on purchase. Service is good... Cars in yard in service station need better parking and sheds.

Look likes it's good. Price is also good. space is excellent. The ride feel is rocking. Also like a front and backside look and the most important is the lighting the projector lamp and the led light.

Riding is so easy. And comfortable zone is so amazing. Buying is to good. Looks is very good compare honda city and verna. This is so cool and premium. Servicing is good and maintenance is easy and cheap compare to honda city and Hyundai verna. Is fault car automatic gear is 4 gear. This 4 gear step fault this car.

The new ciaz is a sedan and arrow dynamic car so a better fuel efficiency. It is great choice to bring at home car now. The maruti suzuki car gives you a great realiable experience. So most of very excitement to buy a dream car.

It was a great driving moment with this car I drove almost 300 km on highway. Great in looks. Very good in comfort. Overall value for money. Go for it, I am sure you will be happy!!!
