Maruti's Arrow with great aerodynamics - The Ciaz

Buying experience: The buying experience is not so good as the showroom people are not so pleasant. We have given them the DD of Rs 10 Lac and they told to sit till the amount in DD is not received. People from showroom are ruthless. Maruti has launched the luxury cars but don't tell their employees how to behave with customers. Still the employee have cheap mentality as previous cars. Their employees are still cheap. Maruti please tell your employee to behave and have trust in their customers as people buying the 10Lakh cars are not thieves.
Riding experience: Riding experience is pretty good. I have driven the car to 140km/hr on road. The steering is crisp and responsive. Good seating posture
Details about looks, performance etc: The looks are awesome to me it seems are an Arrow from Bow. Great aerodynamics with greater stability.
Servicing and maintenance: Two services have been done. Maintenance is very less as it is Maruti.
Pros and Cons: Pros - Good car with much better legroom. higher stability, great average, good safety, in one word Value for money. Cons - The plastic inside gives the cheap Maruti feelings in a 10Lakh car as compare to their rivals.
