0 - Budget optionRecently had the pleasure of owning a Ciaz car and it has been an incredible experience. From the buying experience to driving it on the road, every aspect of this car is top-notch. Firstly, the buying experience was seamless and stress-free. The staff at the Mercedes dealership were knowledgeable and professional, and they helped me choose the perfect S-Class model to fit my needs. The process was quick and easy, and I drove away in my new car feeling confident and excited. The driving experience of the S-Class is simply breathtaking. The smoothness of the ride, combined with the powerful engine, makes for an effortless and enjoyable driving experience. The car handles beautifully, and the steering is responsive, making it a joy to drive on winding roads or in heavy traffic. The design of the S-Class is stunning, with sleek lines and a sophisticated look. The interior is equally impressive, with high-quality materials and a sleek design. The warranty only covers the infotainment system for 2 years and it is not included in the extended warranty , the cost of changing the infotainment system is around 60k so it is very expensive I had to get it replaced thankfully within the warranty but others were not as lucky as almost every ciaz owner with the touch infotainment system has had problems with the same, so would not recommend buying the top end variants. The service cost is between 7k to 9k per service which happens once a year or every 10000km. The better option would be to opt for the MCP packages which turn out to be cheaper. There are issues with the car mainly related to durability for example I have gotten my reverse sensors changed thrice, the good part is that this is included in the warranty. The fuel economy that my petrol ciaz gives is around 14.7 in city and 16 on the highway The internally adjustable ovrm are also very weak and the gears which move them break very easily, there is no replacement for these gears and thus your only option is to buy new mirrors which are expensive so better option is to get them repaired on your local car mechanic.Rating parameters(out of 5)2
