Exterior : Ultimate looks. Best in its genre. Way better than verna and city. Comparable to jetta and corrolla( The higher segment than this). Beast at its best.😎

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Features are really good. All neccessary features you will get in CIAZ, Space and comfort is again best in its class. Bigger, wider and spacious than verna and city and other cars in segment.

Interriors are good. I wish they would have given same interiors like leather stearing and leather seat covers in ZDI like they gave in ZDI+ and bit improved interiors.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Engine is good. Bit underpowered than city and verna but still better performance and enough power. The car remains in control, smooth driving and handling unlike south korean brand hyundai which are full on features and less on performance and safety.

I am extremely satisfied. Could have given better gearbox. Its just ok. Getting an average of 21-22km/l local and on highways 24-26km/l. Great average.

EXTREMELY SATISFIED

Ride Quality & Handling  Done with 2700 Kms, so far didn't found any fault in riding. Driving experience is smooth, handling is in control. Max speed upto which i went till now is 150km/hr and driving experience was awesome. Great control, handling. No fault at all. Enjoyed riding on CIAZ

Final Words A wonderful car to buy in this segment. I would say the best because i own verna too and have experienced other cars in same genre before buying. So far i am extremely satisfied that i have made the right decision. If you are looking for value for money, Go for CIAZ.

Superb exterior. Long wheelbase. really love driving this car. Comfortable drive.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Good equipment list which covers almost everything. and neatly finished. Driver armrest is fixed which is not vry comfortable, I think it shud b sliding.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Though I drove ciaz till 180 km/h but the engine noise give a very bad impression after about 140 km/h. Good fuel economy if u dnt drive so hard. Gear box is hard. takes lot of time to put a new gear.

Ride Quality & Handling Lovely ride quality/suspension. Easy handling. 

Final Words True valve for money.  Least power among rival cars hence least price. if some one wants more from a car, go for higher end cars like cruze or corolla. Otherwise NO DOUBT. ciaz is best in its own segment.

Areas of improvement  Gear box + Engine power + Driver arm shud b sliding + should hv day light running leds.

I am hearing lot of  different squeaks and rattles from the interior and ventilator even when I drive little bumpy road sometimes even in soft road. The quality is not good they have designed it for simply mileage. The Honday City gives the same mileage with better quality. I feel I have tata car…We can go for Honda City

Ride Quality & Handling

Sometime my car gear shift hard to move. One day I was unable to shift to any gear. Simply kept it and used my bike to go to office.

 

Final Words

 I am really frustrated about the interior cabin noise.  I am getting cracking noise from top roof and in many interior places.Finally I am not recommending to anyone to buy  by Maruthi Ciaz. Instead we can go for Honda City

Power packed with the effortless..!! Ciaz has been the best sedan car in terms of space, fuel economy & value for money..! The 1st hybrid diesel car of maruti that inspired everyone, only it laks with the sunroof as compared with honda city & its rivals..! Else its the best one to buy.! The build quality of maruti suzuki laks, that the major points, if this also gets up to the mark then it the best one to buy as maruti car has the maximum no. That can be seen on roads.. Now the NEXA CIAZ have been more attaractive to buy, as it gets now 1.5 L pertol bs6 compline engine.!

I had purchased a maruti suzuki ciaz ZDI which baering, registration no is DL3XXXX  from rohan motors chattarpur. I had found the following discripences on my car.

1) I had faced clutch problem which was rectified on three subsiquent visits atyour work shop.

2) Then I faced oil leaking problem which was also rectifed at your work shop.

3) Then I faced left power window machine problem after two visits and in eight days it was rectified.

4) Now I m facing dashboard noice problem, left seat making noise in of raoding and some noise from the front right side wheel.

I had visited your competent workshop at mehrouli and till date the problem has not been rectified.

It is request to take immidiate action and get the need full done. When I m facing so many problems day by day in new vechicle with in thrre to four months, it is requested to replace the vechicle with new one an early action shall be highly appriciated.

ONLY AND ONLY AVERAGEFACING TOOOO MUCH PROBLEMS FROM THE DAY OF PURCHASED IT

1)Maruti salespersons are literally waste guys.....they will straight cheat the customer ....they will say that they will give accessories for free which worth 10k but they will add the amount in RTO... 2) Ciaz comes with FWD driving is quite good it gives power from 3rd gear... 3) Coming to looks.that is one of the reasons I brought the car. looks luxurious...damn luxury.... performance doesn't worth the price 4) Servicing and maintenance When even I give my car to showroom guys....for basic service itself they will one days as there are many Suzuki cars all over India....so they will take as much as time...... Maintainance is quite decent .......it's the other reason that I went to Maruti segment... 5) Pros and Cons Rear seat leg is damn awesome Biggest Cons Built quality It's was damn worst thing does a Maruti has Worst build quality Even the doors screws comes out Weak body One time I was in 60km/hr speed Suddenly a dog came in front me and I got hit to it That's it my bumper was broken on the spot Previous I had ford fiesta and driving in 120km/hr and the same incident happens.....nothing to happen to bumper ...not even a crack or dent ...... This explains how the worst is the built quality of Maruti cars

The car has slow pick, is definitely among the worst options for city driving. Though it's a good option for long rides, since the comfort is good, its spacious and looks nice. So unless you do only long rides and preferably have a driver dont opt for it. Parking is another headache, turning radius is also on the higher side. It's like parking or turning a truck.

Pros: Value for money car. Spacious & overall comfort. I own an automatic variant but getting reasonable mileage. I recommend this car to all who are looking for a one in the range of 8 to 11 lakhs. Cons: Not very sure about resale value. Dealers are not so customer friendly as they know the popular Maruti Suzuki brand name itself may bring in business.
