Exterior If not eye catchy it still gives a premium sedan looks and just the right element of curves (not like fuidic verna - I'm not a big fan of it). The Projector headlamps curve right back and give strong profile to Ciaz.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Its got a very neat look about its interior, everything looks in place. The dual tone give a look of elegance. The rear comes equipped with ac vents and has lots of space for your legs although a bit of thigh support would be useful for taller people but still doable. The touchscreen system is top notch, works very well and supports Apple car play. You do tend to push the voice command button inadvertently though while pressing horn because fo the placement of those keys on the steering.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox The power delivery is smooth and the shifts are performed in a non-spiky manner. Even though this has lowest horse power in the segement (90 ps)but enough to satisfy your daily city commuting limits.
Ride Quality & Handling The overall softer setup of suspension makes the ride very comfirtable and takes care of all the bumps. The steering though does not offer much fedback when you step on the gas. There is enough grip but you wouldn't drive it spiritedly around bends.
Final Words Its a great family car with tons of space and almost every feature in the segement.
Areas of improvement The steering though light lacks feedback. Cabin noise can be improved.
