Exterior Simply superb. I mean I really liked the styling and i got some MGA door beading and stuff which makes it look sooper cool.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Was amazed by the interior comfort. I upgraded from Dzire and felt a HUGE difference. Be it the NVH levels or just the sheer comfort. AAbsolutely loving it.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Am not a power hungry person and hence not felt the "underpower" that is commonly said. But can agree to the fact that when compared to Verna it is under. On the hind side that has got its own advantages as well. SHVS works like a charm. Loving it everytime it quietly turns the engine off.

Ride Quality & Handling AWESOMEEEEE>..... is the only word.!!!!

Final Words Go for it. Just go for the ZDI  version as the touch seems to buggy for that extra 1L. Absolutely loving the experience of driving it. The interior comfort is soo good that you dont feel like stopping. Just fantastic. The AC is really good. I had upgraded from Dzire and feeling like there is totally a class difference from what i had earlier.

Areas of improvement So far nothing.

Interior Comfort, Comfort while driving and the start/stop. Works like a charm. Really satisfiedNothing really.. i have to say i did NOT feel it is underpowered or anything.

Exterior The style grows on you, when you see it first, you feel it's very understated but eventually you fall in love. It's bigger than any other competition in the segment and has good road presence.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Best interior ever by Maruthi. Hide the badge and you will mistake it for any other European rival. Clean. Nicely laid out dash, feature loaded - wood like trims on dash and doors - everything is put together nicely and quality is good.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Clearly not a car for driving enthusiast - won't lie here. But, in today's road and traffic conditions, you don't need a car which only scores high on engine response and acceleration, you need an all rounder - that's Ciaz. Ciaz definitely isn't underpowered but takes it time to come around.

Turbo kicks on after 2000 RpM only. Will require downshifts if you need an irgeny move around. Gearbox is nice and works without any hesitation. Not the best in the segment though. 

Ride Quality & Handling Better than any other Maruthi or other European rivals. Tyres are good and soaks up all bumps easily. Good balance between stiff and flaoty and you don't feel unsettled at any point.

Honda has skinny tyres and if you compare it with Honda, it's way ahead in comfort and ride quality.

Steering feedback is poorer when compared to its main rival Honda. But not a deal killer. Good to hold and feels premium though. (At par with Honda)

Final Words Maruthi is able to sell Ciaz Hybrid almost at 1 lac lower cost than Honda City Diesel. VXO variant. Peoeple usually argue saying that Honda sells for premium and Maruthi sells with cheaper parts and quality.

What we don't realise forget conveniently is that Maruthi has 100% localization and passes cost benefit to consumers. No other manufacturers has 100 % localization and cost on imports, duty cess etc gets billed to you as final cost.

Ciaz is a great product, superb value for money, well built and good lookin car. Put the price in the equation and it's clearly beats all others. (Remember its the only Hybrid in the segment too).

Resale and Service network again gets more points to Maruthi and whether you love it hate it - Ciaz offers more bang for every buck and it's Top rival in this segment - the Honda is losing the battle with much higher cost, arrogant sales staff, poor interiors, skinny tyres and no basic features like projector headlights. 

Areas of improvement Ciaz needs to launch slightly more powerful engine at 100 bhp. Nothing else to improve or complain about.

Perhaps it can also introduce a cruise control and a sunroof at a little extra cost in top variant. People who enjoy it will have an option.

Very good service. Good mileage. Looks elegant. Great service by Maruti. Low ground clearance. But value for money. Great technology also. Have done 80000kms and no problems yet (4years).

I bought this car from DD motors Wazirpur and after comparing it from verna I thought that according to my needs it's the best option. The looks are good and it's spacious and AC also work good. Only issue with the care is that the steering wheel is not of that comfort if we compare it with Verna , City and Vento. Servicing is also affordable but if you want to get rid of all dents then it will be a big pain for you as it costs you alot.Now the average for this car is 14-18. The projector headlamps are the best thing. I took this car to Manali and it was a complete hassle free ride with comfort. The top speed it went was 140 on highway and the car body is strong as the car was not shacking even at the speed of 140. It's been three years that this car is with me and honestly I think that so far it's been a great ride with Ciaz. If they get a sunroof then it will be a best buy. Lastly thanks to DD motors as they did a fantastic for delivering this car to me on time without any hassle.

I have driven my car about 120 thousand kms. The experience has been nothing but lovely. My work takes me all over india. Wih roads that are well made and roads that are awful. The car and its suspension has always coped with all the terrains wonderfully. The average that I get from the ciaz is amazing. It gives me an average of well over 22.5 kmpl on highways and even manages 17 to 18 kmpl average in the city. The presence of the car is amazing. It is roomy. No matter how tall you are. The boot space is impeccable. The practicality column get all ticks (yes) from me. Driving on expressways and in the city as well I have never felt deprived of power. The turbo in the engine provides a nice boost of power when required. Only negative I can think of is that all car bodies of maruti are made of the thinnest layer of metal. It is equivalent to driving a car made of cardboard.

Power packed with the effortless..!! Ciaz has been the best sedan car in terms of space, fuel economy & value for money..! The 1st hybrid diesel car of maruti that inspired everyone, only it laks with the sunroof as compared with honda city & its rivals..! Else its the best one to buy.! The build quality of maruti suzuki laks, that the major points, if this also gets up to the mark then it the best one to buy as maruti car has the maximum no. That can be seen on roads.. Now the NEXA CIAZ have been more attaractive to buy, as it gets now 1.5 L pertol bs6 compline engine.!

I had purchased a maruti suzuki ciaz ZDI which baering, registration no is DL3XXXX  from rohan motors chattarpur. I had found the following discripences on my car.

1) I had faced clutch problem which was rectified on three subsiquent visits atyour work shop.

2) Then I faced oil leaking problem which was also rectifed at your work shop.

3) Then I faced left power window machine problem after two visits and in eight days it was rectified.

4) Now I m facing dashboard noice problem, left seat making noise in of raoding and some noise from the front right side wheel.

I had visited your competent workshop at mehrouli and till date the problem has not been rectified.

It is request to take immidiate action and get the need full done. When I m facing so many problems day by day in new vechicle with in thrre to four months, it is requested to replace the vechicle with new one an early action shall be highly appriciated.
