Peace of mind

Hi frnds.. bought my celerio lxi mt on feb 2017 from auto hi-tech kolkata. The entire process was smooth.Lovely behaviour. No issues from my side. The celerio lived upto my expectations. Smooth ride. Driven it for approx 5k kms. great fuel economy in kolkata traffic (15)and highways(18) both with ac on. Superb city car. Went for a long highway trip with family of 4 adults and a baby. Lotz of luggage. the boot space is really good. the ac was cooling really well on that hot summer highway trip. one thing i felt that day ,may be due to excessive luggage load, the pick up was a bit sluggish.even on our return journey. never ever felt that. may be the excess luggage load was a bit more for the otherwise butterly smooth k10 engine to pull. Pros: oh they are many.... smooth very smooth engine. spacious inside. lots of internal storage spaces. super mileage. good braking.( opt for abs version if budet is not a problem ) excellent visibility from driver seat. side mirrors are well placed.a cakewalk to park in kolkata city roads. 12 v socket available even in my lxi trim. wipers do their job really well. ac cools very effectively. after sales service and the behaviour of the executives at auto hi-tech service center is satisfying. steering response is good. handling is good ( has not driven more than 80kmph on highways). great on highways.will enjoy its smooth refinement. front and rear leg space are both good. seat comfort is good. good upright seating position of the driver seat. i liked it. my height for reference is 5"10. Cons: not many but there are a few... i feel the gear needs to be a bit on the smoother side. the rear looks need to improve. atleast the backlamps. front headlights power are ok for city riding but for highway driving need to replace them with a more powerful pair of bulbs. soaks the bumps well but the sudden potholes jerk are felt on the rear seat very well. cabin insulation should and must improve. overall satisfied with my celerio. though not an auto expert , hope my experience i shared help you guys in your decision making. drive safe.enjoy life.
