Don't purchase anything from Nexa Alipore showroom.

I am very much satisfied and happy for overall performance of my car (Nexa Baleno Alpha 1.2). But don't purchase anything from Nexa Alipore showroom. Gouranga Karmakar is not a suitable person as a sales executive. He is not a helpful in any sense and he don't have good knowledge to explain about any Nexa Car. Most of the time he was lying and always showing busyness since day one. But there was a madam called Sarbjeet Kaur, she is a very helpful person. Actually I was stuck in multiple issues (car booking, car delivery, Smart card delivery, Insurance papers handover) then she always helped me a lot and she pull out me from there.
