Smooth car with a bad suspension

Buying this car was an instantaneous decision. The test drive was enough to get me to buy this one. The space, the style, all good. A refreshingly new thing from Maruti Suzuki. Fast forward to few months. You experience that the build quality is not that great. Sure, they made it extremely light, but they compromised on build quality. Second thing which is a pain is the suspension. It's bad. You feel every small pothole, can just zoom over small bumps. It would creak. The service is painfully dissatisfying. They don't even wash your car sometimes (happened with me twice). I gave it to another service station and they pointed out that all my brake pads had worn out and had to be replaced. MSIL service centre never checked it.
